The Virtual Pin contribution allows store owners to sell phone cards, unique ticket numbers and serial numbers for downloadable products.
Admin Features include:
- Admin is able to assign which products will require a virtual pin from the product creation page.
- Admin can choose to have the website randomly generate a Virtual Pin Number OR the admin can enter the Virtual Pin Numbers into the database. *note: A virtual pin can never be used twice with the database method.
- Admin is able to determine the number of digits a randomly generated.
- Admin receives the Virtual Pin Number on the invoice, packing slip and confirmation email.
- Admin can generate a report of the Virtual Pins Issued to customers and also generate a report of the Virtual Pins that are contained within the database (if this option is chosen). This report contains the customers Name, Address, Phone Number, Pin Number and the date is was issued.
Customer Features include:
- Customers receive a confirmation email with the Virtual Pin Number on it.
- Customers can review their Virtual Pin Purchases from their account page when logged in.
It requires osCommerce v2.3.1 and a server using PHP 5.2.x + and MySQL 5.x +
